An active project is any production that's currently open. Once you close or archive a project — such as after the final wrap — it no longer counts against your 50. You can close and reopen projects at any time.
Inside any project, tap 👥 Manage and paste as many email addresses as you need — separated by commas or new lines. Share the app link with them. The moment they register with that email address, they instantly see the project. No waiting, no manual approval.
Yes — ProjecTrack is fully mobile-optimized. Crew tap "Submit Expense," photograph their receipt with the camera button, fill in the amount and category, and submit. You see it immediately in the Expenses Dashboard for review.
You can export a detailed PDF Expense Report (with budget summary, per-category breakdown, and per-member amounts owed) or a raw CSV file. Both are generated instantly — no manual work required.
Absolutely. ProjecTrack ships with standard film crew roles (Producer, DOP, Gaffer, Sound Lead, etc.) organized into departments. You can add custom roles, assign them to existing departments, or create entirely new departments for your specific production.
ProjecTrack is built on Google Firebase — the same infrastructure used by major apps worldwide. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is strictly controlled by role — only project members can see their project's data.
